Our mission

Most fine jewelry is made to last for generations, but the way we buy and sell it hasn't kept up. Pieces that deserve to be worn sit in drawers and safe-deposit boxes while the people who would treasure them can't find them. For sellers, the options aren't much better: low-ball offers, unsafe cash deals, or fees that swallow the value of the piece.

We started Aloop to fix that. Our goal is a better home for jewelry of every kind, old and new: a marketplace where every seller, from a private owner to a boutique jeweler, gets a fair and transparent deal, and where buyers can shop knowing every order is protected.

Why video-first

Jewelry is hard to judge from a single photo. Sparkle, scale, patina, and condition all come alive in motion. That's why every Aloop listing leads with short video, so buyers can see a piece the way they would if it were in their hand, and sellers can show exactly what they're offering.

How we keep it safe

Trust is what makes a marketplace like this work. Aloop handles secure payments, tracked shipping, and buyer protection so that neither side has to take a risk on the other:

• Payments are processed by an industry-standard payment provider, and we never store your full card details.
• Orders ship with tracked labels, and payouts to sellers are released only after an order is safely completed.
• Every order is covered by buyer protection, with a clear dispute process if something isn't right.
• Where sellers provide receipts, appraisals, or certificates, buyers can review that provenance before purchasing.
